S.T.A.R. Academy - Haynes Family of Programs is a state certified Non-Public Agency (NPA) and Non-Public School (NPS). We have an immediate need for a credentialed/licensed Speech and Language Therapist in the following area: Huntington Park, Walnut Park, and South Gate.

We have immediate work on a part-time basis, providing therapy services for students from grades K-12. S.T.A.R. Academy is a state approved Non-Public Agency (NPA) that provides special education services to thousands of students. Services will take place at the student's home or school. All of our Education Specialists/ Therapist are "Independent Contractors". Clients request morning to the afternoons. We are only looking for Speech and Language Therapist (SLP) that can be available for a minimum of one student throughout the year.

Qualifications:

• Therapist must have a current CA-Speech Language Pathologist Credential or License
• Provide direct services as needed to special needs students.
• Tuberculosis Test required.
• Communicate by email/phone with Special Education Coordinator
• Be able to input attendance electronically and one progress report on given deadline.
• Must be able to work with Mild/Mod and Mod/Sev students
