Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will partner with the BioConnect Business Product owner / Technical Product Owner to establish and deliver Digital Solution and provide technical direction/support to the Business Team within Ops DTI Quality Portfolio.
Specialist Software Engineer will contribute to the success of Ops DTI Quality functions by making improvements in how IS systems are managed, business processes are operated.
Specialist Software Engineer will effectively achieve the integration and orchestration of all activities required for product development and will be part of and lead strategic cross-functional meetings to facilitate the optimization of processes through implementation of solution across DTI Quality Portfolio.

Responsible for day-to-day tactical deliverables for BioConnect Product under Operations IS Quality Portfolio

Engage with internal and external partners to analyze business needs, elicit/refine requirements and recommend technical design / solution.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors, and guide as necessary to ensure delivery of commitments.

Bridge the business desires with the capabilities of the technology

Prioritize backlog with Business and DTI. Create stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy.

Plan and conduct product demonstrations for releases and set expectations with stakeholders for delivery of new functionality

Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint goals

Ensure solution alignment with Amgen IS strategy, standards, and operating procedures

Facilitates complex design and technical discussions, balancing differing opinions and influencing decisions

Assimilate and scale new technology capabilities

Ensure Incidents, Tickets, Problem/Deviations are resolved on time

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
OR
Master’s degree and 3 years of development experience
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of development experience
Or
Associate’s degree and 10 years of development experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of development experience

The annual base salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is provided below.
$113,402-149,536 USD
