Special Education Teacher 22/23 School Year- The Arlington School

Have you ever wanted to be a special educator but did not have the requisite credentials? The Arlington School is administered by NFI Vermont and has students who attend as a result of school choice and also are placed due to having emotional/behavioral and/or social challenges. It is a trauma-informed school that provides therapeutic and restorative practices to support students in being successful. We are looking for a full-time special educator and are willing to help with the credentialing process as well as provisional licensing. We are open to supporting provisional licensure for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge in differentiating instruction, knowledge of trauma-based supports and interventions and be a strong team player. This is full time, 40 hour per week position, with excellent benefits including tuition reimbursement.
