K'Alma Spa Management and Concepts are luxury Spas seeking a charismatic and engaging Coordinator to be the face of the brand and look after and serving hotel guests, building residence and locals. We are currently hiring for multiple locations, position and location will vary based on qualifications.
As the first associate to interact with visitors/clients, you are expected to fulfill the following responsibilities (however, the following list is a non-exhaustive list of your job duties):

  • Act as a host by warmly welcoming and visitors and clients when they arrive for their appointments.
  • Set the tone for the entire client experience by providing first-class customer service.
  • Check clients in for their session and walk them through the start of their journey. Then, check them out at the end of their session, engaging with them on their experience and managing the cash handling process.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the company and experience to coherently and completely answer inquiries.
  • Fully understand and operate the company’s unique reservation system.
  • Take responsibility for the presentation and appearance of the reception areas and spa rooms.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and fulfill the following tasks:

  • Maintain the company’s standards of luxury, glamour, warmth, energy, and accommodation.
  • Possess a strong customer service mentality, with experience catering to high-end clientele. Display a friendly, energetic, outgoing and personable demeanor.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills. Be able to listen to a client’s questions, anticipate their needs, and satisfy every inquiry.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask, remaining calm under pressure and working quickly and efficiently.
  • Be punctual and reliable. Come to work on time and be flexible with scheduling according to business needs.
  • Have a heightened sense of organization and be capable of following detailed instructions.
  • Be courteous and respectful to visitors, clients, co-workers, and managers.

Prior experience providing direct customer service in the hospitality business is required; experience in a luxury business and/or spa is a plus.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. You may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Primary Objective of Position: **

  • Primary responsibility is to provide information and instruction to Guests /visitors/member’s in regards to the operation of fitness center, fitness equipment, locker rooms, pool, and spa and ensure their needs are met. Provide guests with tours, facility escorts, water, towels and stocked amenities throughout.
  • Responsibilities and Job Duties: **
  • Responsible for smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the Locker Rooms, and Spa Area
  • Maintain complete knowledge and comply with hotel and departmental policies and procedures
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the following: all Hotel features, services, hours of operations, all Spa Services, Spa Products, scheduled daily group activities and sanitation and Safety Protocols
  • Handle guest complains by following the instant pacification procedures
  • Locker Rooms, and Spa common areas by following sanitation protocols for each area
  • Dispose of any dirty linens to the proper area
  • Notify Supervisor of any safety hazards
  • Provide instructions of fitness equipment while keeping safety in mind at all times
  • Attend all required meetings and training sessions

  • Luxury hospitality experience preferred
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience required
  • Prior hotel and or spa experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week

Shift:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Miami Beach, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Computer literacy: 6 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)
  • Spanish (Preferred)
