Drip RI is Rhode Island’s brand new, premier luxury float spa. We are looking for a Spa Attendant passionate about health and wellness to help us provide a pleasant client experience and care for our state of the art facility. Our work environment is professional and client-centric with modern and relaxing accommodations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Front End Receptionist in managing client appointments
• Greet clients and escort them to their appriate rooms, giving a brief orientation of the facilities and available amenities
• Provide clients with detailed instructions for their session
• Answer client questions and accomodate client requests proficiently or relay them to the Front End Receptionist or appropriate staff
• Assist Front End Receptionist in handling client complaints and prevent future occurrences
• Effectively clean and sanitize rooms between client sessions, maintaining 5-star spa cleanliness
• Restock and replace linens, robes and other items as necessary
• Perform regular housekeeping duties as necessary to maintain cleanliness of entire facility not limited to: wiping down and cleaning toilets, showers, floors, sinks, vanities, tables and other areas, emptying trash and removing dirty linens

Requirements:

• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Well organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry 25lbs
• May require occasional use of cleaning solutions that require following specific handling practices

Experience:

• Previous customer service or custodial experience in a related industry (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
