This administrative position, residing within the corporate Procurement office, will manage the execution of contract/sourcing/capital information that will vary in complexity, type and priority. Through validation of the purchase packet contents, the role will be instrumental in ensuring the information is accurately and timely updated into the ERP system.

STATUS: Full Time

LOCATION: Riedman Campus

DEPARTMENT: Purchasing

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday Days

ATTRIBUTES

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Accounting, Business or Healthcare field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in healthcare Supply Chain, or legal assistant role preferred
  • Able to understand the content of legal documents/contracts to identify the type of contract (service, lease, pricing, consulting etc.).
  • Exceptional communication/collaboration skills (oral and written) with both external customers and internal team members
  • Ability to work with a team at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrate and maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains a tracking tool for all incoming contracts/purchase packets to include collecting and compiling all documents associated with a contract/purchase packet and ensures all materials are accurate and complete.
  • Triages problems, identifies errors and inconsistencies, and resolves with both internal and external customers.
  • Uploads contracts and assures all supporting documentation is entered into the ERP system while maintaining accuracy within the ERP system.
  • Miscellaneous clerical work that may include copies, scanning, filing, report preparation, etc.
  • Ability to consistently perform at high levels while handling multiple competing priorities to include performing other duties as assigned.
