The best part about it is we install them all in house within 2 weeks of signing the deal! $5000-8000$ average commission per deal and we also do Roofing in house as well! Role Overview:
- You’ll be selling residential solar directly to our ideal client base.
- Weekly team meetings and training provided.
- Unlimited room for career growth and advancement.
- Provide world class “after-sale services” including courtesy calls and site visits.
Compensation:
- Paid per sit $150- 100 for any appointment that sits. When they get closed (80% will to closer- 20% to setter)-
- Setter - Makes from $500- $4000 per deal depending on how many you get per 60 days
- Closers- paid a Price Per Watt Sold Model- You will be given a Baseline "Cost" and anything above that you Keep. Average Commission for Closers is $2000- $7500 Per deal. Most reps do at least 2 Deals a week, the top reps do 4 a week

- Average earnings for salespeople fall between 78K - 127K/ year
Requirements:
- Solar Sales Experience is preferred but not required
- 2 years sales Experience is REQUIRED
- Dallas / Fort Worth area only
- High Quality Closers Only
- Must have Reliable Transportation
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- Must have Integrity when Selling Solar
- Results Oriented

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
