We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to lead a team of test automation engineers responsible for creating and maintaining test automation frameworks, testing tools, and test data management tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in test automation, excellent leadership skills, and experience working with agile development methodologies.

- Lead the team in the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks and tools using Javascript, Node.js, Python, Selenium, and SauceLabs.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that test automation is integrated into the overall software development process.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that the team follows best practices in test automation, including proper test design, code quality, and documentation.
- Work closely with Product Owners to define acceptance criteria for user stories and ensure that they are properly tested.
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the test automation process and implement solutions to increase efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the team, identifying any issues and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Experience leading and inspiring software development teams.
- Expertise in the following technologies and tools: Javascript/Node.js, Python, Selenium, and SauceLabs. Java experience is also desirable but not required.
- Expertise on common test automation tools and best practices.
- Experience with Git and GitLab CI/CD very desirable.
- Experience working in a complex multi-developer/multi-site environment.
- Strong background in test automation, with particular focus on web applications and APIs. Experience with event-driven architecture is also desirable.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams in an agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address issues in a timely manner.
