As a software developer working remote in our Telecom Experience (TX) Platform, you'll be part of our service management team involved in initiatives to enhance the Contact Center Systems Experience. This team owns the capabilities for Automated Dialer and Telecom APIs. You’ll work on data in the application stack, also and assist with navigating our architectural landscape by collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders as a technical resource. At times, you will represent the team as the subject matter expert for applications in our technical application portfolio. On-call hours and limited travel may be required. Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum two years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of two years related work experience.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of four years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.

Preferred Skills

• Relational Database Management (RDBMS) Concepts, C#, ASP.NET, API development, SQL, .Net Framework expertise; Cloud AWS, Python and/or S3 a plus
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Advanced data structures, data management practices, system interaction patterns and interfaces experience
• Ability to assist with setting technical direction, influencing, and providing guidance to project and service management resources across multiple technical domains
• Ability to adapt to new situations, learn quickly, and work on multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneously

Compensation

• $74,000-$91,000/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
