Job Title: High School JV/Varsity Softball Coach
Reports to: Athletic Director and High School Director (Principal)
Requirements:
● 60 college credits
● NFHS Coaching Courses
○ Fundamentals of Coaching/Coaching Principles (NJ Component)
○ Sudden Cardiac Arrest
○ Heat Illness Prevention
○ Concussion in Sports
● CPR and AED Certified
● Fingerprints and Background Check
● All other iLearn Schools HR Hiring Requirements
Experience: Previous Experience playing or coaching at the high school or college level
Physical Requirements:
● Eye-hand, mind-eye coordination, physical dexterity, and the ability to bend, stoop, walk, talk, and sit. The ability to travel between locations
Hours:
● 2 Hour Practices 3-5
● Home and Away Games 2 hours (games vary on the schedule)
● Possible Weekend games
● 20 Games plus playoffs
Compensation:$3,000-$8,000 depending on the iLearn Coaching Salary Scale.
