Masters Degree : Social Work, Social Services or equivalent course of study (Required)
Experience
1 Year experience as a Transplant Social Worker in an outpatient setting, excluding internship training. (Required) OR
General Experience as a Transplant Social Worker in a hospital setting or equivalent if transplant responsibilities and experience is demonstrated. (Required)
License/Certifications
CSW-LIC - PA Clinical Social Worker Lic (Required) or SW-LIC - PA Social Worker License (Required)
OSW-C - Oncology Social Worker Cert (Preferred)
