Liberty Healthcare operates enhanced behavioral support homes in community of Ramona in North San Diego County. Each is home to four adults who have developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs. These are beautiful modern homes which are well-staffed with a complement of licensed clinical professionals and well-trained direct care staff.

As a Mental Health Clinician with Liberty Healthcare, you will enjoy a dynamic job description which will include:

• Providing in-home mental health services to a small caseload of adult clients

• Conducting mental health assessments

• Designing, implementing and monitoring the efficacy of treatment plans

• Collaborating with staff and leadership

• Actively participating in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings

• Rapidly responding to individual client needs - including mental health crisis

As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role, you can expect:

• Starting salary in the range of $85,000 to $95,000 (Liberty takes into consideration relevant work experience, professional credentials, and other factors when determining a new hire’s specific starting pay)

You are a good a fit for this position if you are professionally licensed in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
