The Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee all paid media campaign, SEO and organic social media efforts and manage digital assets for our digital marketing programs across multiple brands to support the growth of Gateway Laser Center.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the National Marketing Director, plans and implements impactful and high performing digital marketing initiatives as part of overall strategic plan.
  • Oversee creation, optimization and reporting for all paid media campaigns including but not limited to SEM, PPC and paid social advertising.
  • Oversees implementation of all Marketing Cloud CRM functions for patient recall and cross promotion efforts.
  • Oversees management and editing of all PhyNet affiliate websites and execution of SEO plan.
  • Serves as the main contact and driver of organic social media content for PhyNet affiliates and team members.
  • Consistently stays on top of the constant changing landscape of the digital landscape, identifies trends and optimizes digital marketing program based on those insights.
  • Partners cross functionally with other marketing team members, departments and practices to ensure successful execution of digital marketing efforts with consistent messaging and patient experience.
  • Oversees management of all digital assets including all PhyNet affiliate websites.
  • Works closely with digital agency partner to conduct routine SEM & PPC and social media account audits to improve performance.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple, multi-channel projects and strong attention to detail.
  • Process oriented with ability to offer suggestions for improvement and efficiency.
  • Proven success collaborating across teams, including clinical leaders, to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing execution and practices.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Digital and web experience required.
  • Background in B2B Marketing, B2C, Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM a major plus.
  • Experience with sales and automation platforms preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
