We are seeking to hire a Social Media Manager in our Forest Hill, Maryland corporate headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for social media posts, video creation, and website modifications. This candidate will also be responsible for monitoring social networks such as Facebook, Linked In, Google+, Twitter, Yelp, YouTube, print ads, etc.
Requirements
- Knowledge of social networking and marketing
- Understand how to optimize platform-specific content
- Update social media content
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance
- Identify trends in customer interactions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Creative talent for design
- Comprehensive computer skills
- Project oriented, works with sense of urgency
- Ability to communicate effectively
Minimum Qualifications:
- Self starter
- 2 plus years’ experience of social media and marketing
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword search and Google analytics
- Strong and consistent communication skills
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented
- Good multitasking and organizational ability
