The Social Media Manager at Express Health UC is the professional who will play the key role of establishing and maintaining the online presence and brand value for our rapidly growing urgent care company. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Core Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to plan, develop, implement, and manage strategies for our social media accounts. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. We expect you to be experienced in multiple social media platforms and up to date on social media trends. You must be agreeable, friendly, and outgoing. A strong candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills.

Here is a snapshot of the day-to-day tasks as the Social Media Manager with Express Health UC:

  • - Analyze patient expectations according to past social media activity
  • - Develop and coordinate cross-platform social media campaigns
  • - Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
  • -Update social media content across all channels
  • - Engage with patients and followers
  • - Use social media marketing tools
  • -Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained
  • -Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • - Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
  • -Develop content or get it done by content developers
  • - Keep an eye on social media trends
  • -Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including upper management and content developers


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, internet marketing, journalism, or a related field
  • Experience as a social media coordinator or a similar role (3 years +)
  • Experience in creating social media strategies
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
  • Prior experience as a content manager preferred
