We are seeking a creative, highly motivated, self-starting, talented individual with a passion for organizing methods of growth of individual and company branding through social media. Helping expand our reach through content marketing and social media.

The part time Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for strategizing on social posts, creating content, expanding on existing efforts, and managing our social media accounts. Looking for assistance expanding the company’s presence as well as the co-founders’ professional accounts. Will also manage website, email campaigns, SEO optimization, etc. This role will average 5-10 hours per week. Local to DFW preferred so we can have 2-4 in-person meetings a month in the North FW area during the work day.

Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing social media strategy. Familiarity with standard concepts, platforms, practices, and procedures within marketing and advertising is critical. Proficiency in creating a marketing strategy, creative direction, and adapting to feedback is also a must.

$18-25/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media accounts, mainly Linked In
  • Optimize strategy for growth
  • Content creation
  • Scheduling content calendar
  • Weekly reporting
  • Ensure all posts align with our brand/mission

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or similar fields
  • 2+ years of professional experience in social media
  • 2+ years of professional experience in content creation
  • Local to DFW

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
