The Social Media Content Coordinator will report to the Social Media Manager, helping to create content that aligns with Stoney Clover Lane’s social media strategy.

Social Media Content Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Lead the development & creation of engaging social media content that aligns with SCL brand goals, including original content: 3-5 TikTok and Reels videos each day and photos as needed for branded social media accounts.
• Work closely with Social Media Manager to manage and execute the social launch strategy for all collections, including Instagram posts, stories, reels, IG Highlights, TikToks, etc.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Digital teams to create engaging, original social content that supports driving sales
• Plan ahead to ensure all deadlines are met and that there is a consistent posting flow (stories & grid), provide reporting to the broader team on the social content performance
• Partner with Content & Digital teams to plan monthly Instagram story content, including opportunities to engage with our audience
• Partner with Creative team on social feed planning to ensure the grid achieves marketing goals and maintains a cohesive aesthetic
• Partner with Social Media Manager & Content Editor on social captions and story copy
• Support photoshoots & brand events to create BTS and social content, as well as support product customization and styling on photoshoots
• Keep on top of all social media trends, including existing and new social media outlets and provide recommendations on the types of content SCL should create
• Work closely with Influencer & Community Marketing team to provide influencer outreach suggestions

Requirements

• Experience creating social media content on all applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail oriented with ability to oversee projects to completion

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in social media management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Office and Google Docs
• Proficiency in social media platforms in tools, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Comfortable being on camera as needed for TikToks, Instagram Reels and YouTube
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BA, BS and/or MA, MS in marketing, communications, english or journalism preferred
• Applicants must be 18 years of age and able to work legally in the USA
