We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable individuals to join our team of Customer Service Associates. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of a sales floor, interacting directly with customers and assisting with the maintenance of the store. A background in customer service is not required, but a positive attitude and a willingness to work with a team is.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales receipts and refunds.
- Answer customer service phones calls and respond to emails.
- Clean the store.
- Transport cash from the registers to the safe at the end of your shift.
- Assist customers with questions about products or services.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
