We seek a well-qualified Clinical Manager to join our PhysicianOne Urgent Care team. This a full-time opportunity with weekdays and some weekend and holiday requirements. This position is responsible for all operations within their home center, maximizing results through an enhanced patient journey, high quality of care, retention of the clinical staff, and providing a strong center culture to meet the needs of both patients and staff.

The successful candidate will have experience and success in problem-solving, thinking strategically, and demonstrating customer service and teamwork skills.

Qualified candidates must be either a Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Radiology Technologist (RT), etc.

Clinical Manager Leadership Responsibilities:

• The Clinical Manager will lead their team to ensure an efficient workflow in delivering an outstanding and distinct patient journey.
• Collaborates with the training staff and company resources to successfully develop a high-performing team
• Promotes center culture and creates a highly motivated work setting by communicating regularly in a positive and inspiring manner
• Learns and leverages best practices to drive results for improving patient experience and maximizing clinical operational efficiency
• The Clinical Manager is responsible for performance management and succession planning

Clinical Manager Operational Responsibilities:

· Measures and tracks patient satisfaction and responds appropriately

· Actively participates in the staffing and scheduling of the clinical team to meet operational needs

· Responsible for conducting weekly inventories, ordering supplies, and maintaining an orderly center environment

· Fiscally responsible for managing the center's operating budget

· Ensures operational paperwork is completed accurately and reported timely

· Tracks KPI data daily, weekly, and monthly to identify trends to ensure operational excellence

· Performs daily office and laboratory opening and closing procedures

· Builds community partnerships and affiliations

· Complies with all HIPAA and OSHA regulations and safety standards

Clinical Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a clinical environment
• Previous management experience is preferred
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nursing, or Radiology Technologist program
• Postsecondary education preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and electronic medical records (EMR)
• Must be self-sufficient, reliable, and possess excellent customer service skills
• Creative thinker with proficiency in problem-solving
• Availability to work varied hours/days to perform functions of the position
• Responsible for attending in-service training as required and maintaining CPR certification

Covid-19 & Seasonal Influenza Vaccinations are required as this is an essential part of the role.
