Job description

The Site Manager must have at least five years of relevant experience at a comparable level of responsibility in projects of similar size, scope, and complexity (see below). The Site Manager shall report directly to the Project Manager. The Site Manager shall be on-site during the Government's regular working hours and shall be available on-site within one hour after the Government's regular working hours in case of emergencies. The Site Manager's primary duty and responsibility is to manage the total work effort associated with the Contractor’s operations of all recurring and non-recurring work. The Site Manager shall coordinate with NSWC Infrastructure Division.

Compensation will be based on salaries for this position (check Salary.com) along with 401k, insurances, vacation, sick days, and holidays.

1. Five Years’ Experience

2. Experience Must Be in Operations and Maintenance

3. Experience At a Large Facility, Such as a Medical Campus, College Campus, Military Base or Equal

4. Worked on Projects with HVAC System

5. Worked on Systems with Building Automation Systems

Pay: $69,969.00 - $77,835.00 per year
