Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs and goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress, document therapy sessions, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff regarding strategies to enhance students' communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Hampshire.
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting.
• Knowledge of various assessment tools and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
