Joint Signarama, the world's largest signage and visual communications company! We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter for a lead production function for Signarama's newest flagship store serving the Greater Seattle Metro area (Seattle, Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Seattle Eastside).

This job helps our clients bring to life their signage vision and entails turning great designs into beautiful signage solutions and includes working with design proofs, vinyl cutting/weeding, digital printing and occasionally digital print/vinyl installation. Must be organized, detailed and self-starter. Proficiency in Illustrator and knowledge of sign software such as SignLab, FlexiSIGN, CAS-Mate, Inspire or Graphix Advantage will be a strong plus. Experience in sign design and production is a definite plus. Culturally, if you have a positive, can-do, problem solver attitude, you will be successful with us! Key Job Functions:

• Managing digital print jobs and working on production of digital print projects.

• Managing production efficiency and vinyl/material use efficiency.

• Production table work - accuracy in cutting, weeding, masking, and lamination

• Signage installation - accurately remove and apply vinyl, finishing, cleaning and touch-ups.

• Work with designer to influence design for most optimum production outcomes - time efficiency, material-use efficiency.

• Managing supplies inventory - work with management for requisition when necessary.

• Safely and effectively operate all sign production equipment including, but not limited to; vertical panel saw, power drills, jig saws, router, skill saw, and pop-torch, ladder, power lift.

• Correctly use all required software and hardware to design signage which meets customer requirements, including the loading of ink, maintenance of equipment necessary in the design process.

• Maintain a safe working environment by assuring all machinery is in proper working condition, the production work area is kept clean and free of hazards and all required safety clothing and/or equipment is worn during the use of equipment required in the production and installation of signs.

• Must be able to work at the store and at customer locations to comply with all company policies, procedures and guidelines for the position, as well as complete all training requirements of the company.

• Assure all customer files, including proofs and designs, are properly saved in the customer's designated computer file.

• Train and supervise new production & Install staff as needed. * Manage store in absence of CFO/CEO.

• Effectively communicates verbally and in writing.

• Must function as an effective team member.

• Provide backup for both phone and in-store customers inquiries as needed.
