Shuttle Driver
Overview:
The Worcester Red Sox are seeking outgoing, hard-working, approachable candidates to work as a Shuttle Driver during the 2023 season. This is a part-time, seasonal position that reports directly to the Director, Finance & Ballpark Administration of the Worcester Red Sox.

The Worcester Red Sox are seeking outgoing, hard-working, approachable candidates to work as a Shuttle Driver during the 2023 season. This is a part-time, seasonal position that reports directly to the Director, Finance & Ballpark Administration of the Worcester Red Sox.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptionally hospitable service to ballpark guests by answering ballpark questions, proactively enhancing the fan experience, and going the extra mile to create warm and wonderful moments and memories.
- Provide safe transportation for fans from parking locations to the ballpark.
- Respond and communicate effectively and compassionately with fans, guests, and coworkers.
- Understand and enforce Polar Park operational policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Using knowledge of Polar Park and Worcester history, engage fans to deliver a holistic experience and exceptional customer service.
- Execute tasks in a timely manner.
Qualifications/Characteristics:
- Available to work all home games at Polar Park during the 2023 season (March-September). This includes weekdays, weekends, nights, and some holidays.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Bilingual (Spanish), and ideally multilingual
