The Omni Richmond Hotel is hiring for a reliable and customer-service focused individual to transport hotel guests to designated destinations. As our Shuttle Driver, you will have the opportunity to positively impact our business and the lives of guest every day! When not providing transportation services, this role will be staged at the entrance of the hotel where you will greet guests and create a memorable first impression.
Our Shuttle operates Monday-Friday from 6 am-10 am then in the evenings from 4 pm-10 pm.

General Qualifications include, but not limited to...

Driving hotel shuttle to and from designated destinations in a timely manner

Appling skills in maneuvering vehicle at varying speed in difficult situations, such as inclement weather, heavy and downtown traffic.

Greeting guests and providing onboarding and luggage assistance
- Creating memorable guest experiences during transportation service
- Responding to guest inquiries and requests, as well as resolving any guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Performing simple vehicle maintenance; cleaning interior of vehicle, checking lights, checking tires, filling fluids, scheduling routine maintenance to keep vehicle running properly.
- Maintaining accurate log of services rendered and vehicle maintenance
- Obtaining and informing all pertinent information if involved in an accident, including damages to shuttle, to management
- Understanding all hotel safey and emergency procedures; Reporting any safety concerns immediately to management

Understanding all amenities, features, and services offered at the Hotel and local area

Understanding all Moments of Service scenarios
- Accepting other special duties as requested by management

- An outgoing and friendly personality
- A valid driver's license without restrictions
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer-service and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of position
