• Will you do whatever it takes to make at least $100,000 a year?
• Are you willing to follow a schedule?
• Will you practice, memorize, and use our proven sales scripts verbatim?
• If you don't have a Real Estate license, would you be willing to invest 8-12 weeks to obtain a Real Estate license? (Cost $1,700)

Are you a titan of your industry, yet are looking for something new? Right now The Stern Team at Keller Williams Real Estate is hiring a Showing Assistant for our real estate firm. With the combination of our training program along with ready to go clients (which we provide you each month), your commission can range from $1500 to $4000 per deal closed. If you enjoy touring homes, showcasing them to clients and helping them determine if it's the house for them, then this is the job for you!

At The Stern Team you’ll be able to enjoy an autonomous work environment where you’ll contribute a positive mindset, the skills we train you on, and the motivation to talk to as many people as possible a day. Our best sales executives speak with 30 leads a day. We provide you with everything! The names, phone numbers, scripts, and a proven system for results will be provided for you. That way your only focus will be one thing… CLOSINGS!

There’s no past experience necessary—although experience in direct, inbound, or outbound sales over the phone is highly preferred. Don’t have a Real Estate License? We can partner you with the right school that will ensure you learn the foundational principles required for you to become a realtor.
