Job Expectations

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of Departmental development.
• Individual must be adept at analyzing and recommending solutions to a variety of problems and subjects.
• Must be able to communicate effectively to all levels of staffing.
• Shares an obligation to protect and strengthen Graphic Packaging International’s investors and governmental agencies and to act consistently with GPI Core Values: Integrity Respect, Accountability, Relationships and Teamwork
• Assist with writing SOP’s and ensuring correct and up to date.
• Train as a backup for various positions (scheduling, board ordering)

• Assume tasks associated various areas within Production Control including order materials related to the production of FG’s (corrugated, window film, etc.)
• Assists with daily receipts of goods received

• Assist with weekly and monthly reports
• Support other functions as assigned
• Inventory Counting

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree – (or equivalent experience preferred)
• Production Control/Scheduling experience a plus
• Inventory experience a plus
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus

• Superb computer literacy with capability in typing, email, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and related HR software
• Supply chain and ordering experience preferred
• Excellent written/verbal communication and record keeping skills
• Standard Operating Procedure experience – development and maintenance
• Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
