Job description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage backlog and shipping lanes assigned
- Ensure all special shipping instructions are met for each order
- Global communication with Sale Representatives and Operation Support Teams
- Create all shipping and export documents
- Process shipping orders through JDEdwards, Export Compliance and other systems.
- Maintain cleanliness of the department
- Comply with QHSE policies and procedures
- Fulfill tasks as described by Supervisor
Experience and Education:
- High School education or equivalent or 2-year experience in distribution environment.
Job Requirements:
- Communicate in English verbally and in writing
- Able to work flexible hours including overtime
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Windows including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Able to per problem solving with shipment discrepancies
- Maintain a well organize workstation
- Assuring compliance is met for all orders shipping
- Work in a Team environment.
- JDEdwards or similar ERP experience
- Customer Service Skills - relating to communication, responsiveness, and ability to follow special instruction
