Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am

As an Embroidery Shipping Associate, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by shipping customers their high-quality embroidered items and ensuring that our customers receive their items by their event date.
Here’s what a typical day might look like. Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
- Perform entire book out and shipping process for the Embroidery Department.
- Following UPS and Federal Express shipping processes.
- Accurately update shipping methods when required to meet event date.
- Ability to physically handle large volume of packages in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure packages are correctly entered into the shipping system.
- Act as back up for Embroidery Associates when needed.
- Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
- Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/skills/experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Prior date entry and computer experience.
- Previous inventory or shipping experience preferred.

- Continuous standing and walking for 8 hours per day.
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist.
- Frequent reaching below, above and at shoulder level.
- Ability to use hands, wrists, arms and shoulders in repetitious movements.
- Vision required: Depth, less than 20 inches, color and peripheral.
- Associates working 8 hours will get one 20-minute break (or two 10 min breaks).
- Associates working 10 hours will get 25 min lunch (or one 15 min and one 10 min break).
- Work will be performed indoors.
- Work will be performed at 4imprint, Oshkosh.
