Job Summary:
A dual role providing shipping and receiving coordination, together with the ability to assist with picking, processing, and loading of orders. This includes shipping, receiving, transportation coordination, inventory management and product inspection. This position is primarily operated on a forklift but does require computer skills as well.

Job Responsibilities:
· Being a competent user of our NetSuite ERP system.
· Receive, review, and process product orders in NetSuite.
· Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods.
· Inspect inbound and outbound products to ensure they meet the established standards.
· Inspect carrier trucks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appropriate shipping temperature.
· Print, review and have BOLs signed by carriers.
· Receive, review and process Purchase Orders in NetSuite for the following:
---Packaging receipt.
---Third Party product receipt.
---Transportation of product via noted carrier.
· Maintain the company shipping, receiving, and packaging storage areas through organizing, cleaning, and conducting cycle counts on a regular basis.
· Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers.
· Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.
· Troubleshoot shipping and inventory issues.

Job Requirements:
· Ability to operate forklift.
· Solid previous experience in shipping and receiving.
· Ability to lift 40 lbs.
· Ability to use Microsoft Office programs (Excel).
· Used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
· Confident and extremely organized to make decisions quickly.
· Strong communication skills.
· Work overtime when needed to include weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
