Job Summary: Reporting to the supervisor, they are responsible for the overall leadership and production in Unit 1.

Essential Functions:

· Perform or verify quality audits

· Ensure preventive maintenance on tooling and machines is completed per documented work instructions

· Schedule workflow for shift

· Verify accuracy of weekly timecards for Unit Associates

· Continue the overall efforts of Management by effectively communicating new

procedures, up-coming events and announcements

· Ensure equipment process and product quality meets documented internal standards

· Maintain Associate-training records

· Complete production reports as required

· Assist Associates with day-to-day issues

· Train Associates on the documented quality system relating to Manufacturing

· All other duties as assigned

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience/Skills/Requirements:

· One-year experience in plastic injection molding

· Technical knowledge of injection molding processes with machines, tooling, materials, molding techniques

· Must be an effective communicator in the English language

· Must be able to train and motivate others in a positive way

· Understand reporting in area of time cards and weekly reports

· Must display positive leadership qualities

· Behave in a positive manner that enhances the success of the Company

Physical/Ergonomic Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work in a loud environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.50 per hour
