Responsibilities and Duties:
- The Service Office Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction and overall profitability within the service department's areas of responsibility.
- The manager communicates with customers to resolve disputes while keeping the customer and company's interest in mind.
- The manager is responsible for the timely tracking of work in process.
- With assistance from the service department support staff, the manager provides timely and accurate invoices to customers.
- The manager is also responsible for overseeing the office and technician staff with a focus of maintaining a high level of productivity, efficiency, and safety.
- Devoted to lead with the company's core values in mind.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Positive attitude, problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Candidate must be highly motivated and be able to work well in a team environment.
Experience Required:
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- 3+ years' Experience with construction/rental equipment, parts and service in a dealership environment
