The Service Performance team will be focusing specifically on incremental and additive improvement to the UK service operation. The customer experience intern will manage all points of entry into the Tesla ecosystem to ensure five star customer contact. Balance the internal digital tools and methods that our customers interact with both our physical and virtual environments. Capturing start to finish how our customers can flow through our systems with minimal interaction. The best customer service should be lead through intuitive convenience.
Understand physical and virtual interactions with our customer from lead through to delivery
Comfortable capturing customer experience via multiple channels, web, instore, chat etc.
Story telling the customer flow, identifying bottlenecks between our systems and the customer interface. Debugging slow processes to operate more efficiently
Consolidate multiple manual input flows via automation
Explore merits and limitation of self-service appointment check in
Increase contactless across service centers in the UK
Working towards a degree in Business, English Literature, Economics or similar
Data-driven decision ability with sound business judgement
Experience working in team-orientated roles that relay on ability to collaborate with others
Excellent Organization, numerical and analytical skills
Technology fluency and ability to operate within internal business systems and MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Visio
Clear and concise communicator with the ability to absorb a lot of information quickly
Full clean UK driving license or provisional DL soon to be converted
