Karl Malone Toyota is seeking a Service Cashier and Office Administrator. As a member of our team, you will help support customers by answering their phone calls, scheduling appointments, providing updates to customers, assisting them with the drop-off and delivery process, and helping each customer check out.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner, both in person and over the phone.
  • Listen to customer concerns/needs and direct them to the best individual for their specific needs.
  • Deliver completed vehicles to the customer.
  • Process payments and record transactions.
  • Accept new repairs and obtain the proper authorization documents.
  • Process and record the daily payments for deposit to accounting.
  • Scan and file completed repair files.
  • Open and close new repair files in computer systems.
  • Handle rental car contracts with proper documentation and procedures.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and documentation.


Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Great communicator and listener
  • Must have strong computer skills. Experience with computer accounting, data entry, and reporting systems a plus
  • Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
  • Be able to interact well with the public in person and over the phone.
  • Accuracy in following procedures and directions.
  • Excellent personal discipline, time management, and organization.
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and situations
  • Enthusiastic personality with a team player attitude
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
