Sayer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and schedule service appointments
• Consult with customers about their service needs and explain the services recommended by our technicians
• Provide accurate and detailed estimates of repair costs and time needed for repairs
• Keep customers informed about the progress of their service and any changes to the estimated cost or completion time
• Communicate effectively with our technicians to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding customer service and support

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred prior experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or as a Customer Service representative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management software
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
