As a Lexus of Beverly Hills service consultant, you will work in a team of advisors reporting to the service manager. You are the primary role helping us assist customers with servicing and repairing their Lexus needs.

Previous dealership experience is NOT required. We will train the right high energy people. This is a full-time commission position with earning potential of more than $120,000/year.

No cold calls, no prospecting. We bring the customer to you, you have to take care of the customer including consistent follow up an status, communicating clearly and specifically along with proper documentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

· Must love to sell

· Excellent communication and follow up skills.

· Listen to, and help interpret customer's statements accurately

· Work as a team with the other service consultants

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must love to talk to people

· Speak clearly and distinctly

· Enjoy making outbound phone calls – (100/shift)

· Be able to establish instant rapport

Requirements:

• Valid CA driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Team player
• Highest level of honesty and integrity
• Maintain a high level of professional personal appearance and conduct

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
