WHINO is a new fast-paced full-service 140-seat 6200-square foot restaurant, event space and art gallery opening in Arlington, featuring a 45-foot main bar, 15-foot tasting bar, an open kitchen with a 22-seat countertop, hanging art walls and full immersion mural installations throughout the space, and an art retail space all in one.

We are flexible with hours and looking for people that want to work alongside other hard working people in a cool art gallery and restaurant.

WHINO is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking to help us build something exceptional. At WHINO you will be immersed in a curation for the senses--from great food and drinks, to larger-than-life floor-to-ceiling murals, to unique tasting experiences and social events every night of the week.

WHINO is hiring positions on our team:

• 3 Servers

• 2 Bartenders

• Lead positions available, with the opportunity to go on R&D trips to local farms, breweries, vineyards and distilleries for further education and team-building experiences

Prior restaurant experience is not required if you are energetic and eager to gain an in-depth understanding of food, drink and art.

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Night and weekend availability

• Hourly-wage compensation starts above VA minimum wage

• Tipped-wage compensation is minimum plus tips, with guaranteed total pay above VA minimum wage

• Benefits available for full-time workers after 12 months of employment

WHINO is located at 4238 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22203, on Level M2 of the Ballston Quarter Mall, next to Macy’s and directly above True Foods Kitchen. Enter the mall and head to the 2nd floor to get into our space. If parking in the garage, park on G3 which will place you into Mall level 2.
