2021, what a year right? Well bottom line is this, we have one of the best and busiest restaurants in the area and have the most unique dining experience in all of WI. We are looking to add to our team as sales show no signs of slowing down. Sure everyone is hiring, everyone is busy, but everyone isn't us!
Why we are different:
- NO LATE NIGHTS, NO EARLY MORNINGS! That's right we open at 4 and close at 10 on most nights. Kitchen crew arrive usually around 11am and work the AM shift. PM shift usually starts at 3p and kitchen crew leave around 11p. Servers typically come in around 2p and leave by 11p.
- Our average guest spends 2 hours dining with us and our check average for two people is over $100!!! Our servers are averaging $22-$25 per hour which is pretty dang fantastic.
- Our guests cook their own food! That's right no waiting for expo and trying to time hot and cold foods.
- We have one of the best General Managers in our brand, currently we are the 4th fastest growing Melting Pot in the US and are on a wait most nights, no shortage of guests.
- The owners are local and in the restaurant almost daily. These guys are hands down awesome owners who will take time to listen to any team member, at any time for any reason. They understand that change for the better happens when there is open communication.
- We are guest experience maniacs, there literally isn't a thing we wouldn't do to make sure a guest leaves happy. Go read our Google reviews...
- Come in and apply and we will treat you to an appetizer or dessert just for showing up, but make sure you're hungry because these aren't small portions.
