GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsibilities:
- Establish Ohana Cannabis Co. as the go-to cannabis dispensary in Bay Area.
- Educate consumers on the positive aspects of cannabis in order to drive the normalization of use.
- Taking customer food orders, as well as inputting them into our system with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Knowledge of our Menu items, clearly and effectively being able to explain items to customers.
- Be an advocate for the Ohana and provide top-level customer service.
- Curate a welcoming environment for patrons both in Restaurant/Bar and Dispensary.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- 2-3 years of serving experience.
- Must be enthusiastic and self-driven.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
