Our Technology Business Solutions organization is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to support our Corporate Technology team with the management of our Global Relay and Bloomberg Vault applications. These applications are required for global regulatory purposes for our firm and how we retain all electronic communications and messaging. The Analyst will help define business requirements, serve as the liaison with our vendors for application and process specifications, and ensure that work is in alignment with the overarching business and technical strategies.

Role summary and job responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor and data management for Global Relay and Bloomberg Vault
  • Field and manage through requests from across the firm
  • Articulate business needs and translate them into technology solutions
  • Help define and breakdown business needs for new and/or enhanced services, processes, or features
  • Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented, and met
  • Apply a lean-agile mind-set to work and supports organizational agility
  • Create status reports
  • Support functional testing, configuration, and debugging to resolve issues with the applications
Qualifications:
Required:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience including technical project/program management and business analysis
  • Demonstrated strong logic and reasoning capabilities
  • Proven experience with requirements gathering
  • Vendor management experience
  • Prior application configuration & debugging experience
  • Ability to explain basic technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Data management and reporting experience
Preferred:
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services and Asset Management industries
  • Experience with Rally
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification
  • Familiarity and/or prior experience with Global Relay, Bloomberg Vault, or similar E-Communications compliance tools
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to three days a week.
