Position Details

The Senior Technical Sourcer will develop and execute creative and fresh sourcing techniques to identify and present high quality candidates for current requisitions and build a pipeline for future opportunities. Leverage your technical and business knowledge to thoroughly understand hiring needs and engage world-class talent. Will serve as the first point of contact for countless professionals, fully responsible for delivering an excellent candidate experience from the very start.
This is initially a 4-month contract with the potential to be extended and fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies and channels to identify qualified candidates for a variety of technical and professional roles with a strong focus on diversity
  • Lead intake meetings with stakeholders to qualify and inherently understand requirements and qualifications for each job profile
  • Locate and engage exceptional active and passive candidates and positively align candidate motivations with ecoATM’s value proposition, roles and expectations
  • Evaluate candidate fit through timely and thorough screenings for qualification, availability, interest level, salary requirements and location utilizing both technical and behavioral interviewing techniques to help identify exceptional ability
  • Manage pipeline activity reports and analyze historical data to optimize hiring impact
  • Utilize your experience, skills, tools and data to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness
  • Adept and willing to complete administrative and technical tasks as necessary

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of technical sourcing and/or full cycle recruiting experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience across high-growth technology companies, high-growth startups, and/or recruiting agencies
  • Depth of fluency with Boolean search operators and x-ray searches
  • Capable of sharp and targeted research using a variety of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Google, Indeed, ATS mining, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills
  • Ability to influence at various levels in an organization, anchoring on data-driven decision making
  • Experienced and comfortable in high volume environments
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and balance multiple critical tasks
  • Experience with ADP WorkforceNow ATS preferred
  • High school diploma/GED required; higher education or certificates in HR/Recruiting preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to influence and build strong rapport while maintaining confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication and administrative skills
  • Demonstrated appropriate understanding and knowledge of employment law

Pay Range


$70.00-$90.00 (hourly)


Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
