You manage the in-house operations in the Mondelēz International Business Services Center to ensure impeccable service delivery that satisfies service level agreements and meets productivity and efficiency targets, emphasizing timely, accurate and complete transaction handling and excellent customer care.

How you will contribute

You will manage the employee services community in the service center and onshore in countries and manage the relationships between delivery teams and internal customers. To excel in this role, you will report on service-center performance and lead reviews with the functional leadership team and key stakeholders. In addition, you will contribute to global service management agenda and integrate our global scale using simplified and standardized processes and technologies. As part of this job, you will oversee the employee services center’s annual budget; handle local change requests and follow the global employee services governance framework to keep local documentation updated and compliant; manage suppliers delivering services for the processes; and identify service improvements to continuously improve the quality of the service provided. As a people leader, you will training employees and lead, coach, motivate, train and inspire direct reports to deliver the employee services agenda.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Talent Pipelining for critical and aged roles

  • Developing diverse talent slates and converting them to active job applicants for current and future positions.

  • Market Data Research, Talent Mapping, and Competitive Intelligence gathering

  • The collection and understanding of labor market data to understand the supply and demand of talent and the identification of external talent.

  • Identifying how changes in business strategy impact talent planning needs.

  • Partnering and consulting with the business to understand needs and execute against talent strategies and initiatives.

  • Driving consistency in the sourcing process and talent pipelining processes to ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience.

  • Building positive relationships by collaborating across key stakeholder groups (i.e. People Leads, TA Advisors, HMs, etc.) and working closely with business leaders to ensure that we’re implementing sourcing and hiring efforts that address our most critical talent needs.

  • Creating innovative value add solutions to the external market to build and maintain diverse candidate slates.

  • Meeting US Sourcing KPIs and SLAs for time-to-source, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and TA compliance.

  • Providing hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Leads/Advisors with accurate and timely updates on candidate activity, sourcing metrics and reporting trends and issues, and providing recommendations for strategic improvements.

  • Sourcing and assessing candidates using tools that increase connections with underrepresented groups and minorities with pace and at scale, leveraging networks and internet research.

  • Evaluating market data to build and present sourcing strategies to recruiting and business partners, inclusive of demonstrated use of diversity sourcing channels.

  • Building, growing, and engaging talent pipelines and keeping pipelines current Avature.

  • Flexing and adapting with projects and assignments as business needs shift and evolve.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Job specific requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of technology

  • Prior experience in Executive Search, preferably with a highly matrixed, global organization or search firm developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies to compete for top talent in a competitive environment

  • Advanced sourcing skills; strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and practices; deep internet search, strong research, social media and candidate generation skills required

  • Strong understanding of technology and experience using talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management, Artificial Intelligence, Social Media Platforms, and other tools

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize ad hoc market intelligence data to provide information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc)

  • Strong stakeholder management, project management, and change management skills

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills

  • Strong organizational skills – ability to plan, drive and track metrics for multiple recruiting programs. The ability to work to tight hiring timelines

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,200 to $148,800 . Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
