OVERVIEW

We're seeking a talented and creative Sr. Social Media Manager with a genuine passion for mindful movement and wellness to join our growing team in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering social marketing results, with the ability to plan from scratch and drive ideas from conception to execution. If you live and breathe with your finger on the pulse of what's trending, with a specific focus on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube trends, we want to speak to you.

Success in this role requires the ability to think strategically, move fast to execute strategy and set customer-centric campaign goals; excellent project management skills; a deep and current knowledge of each platform's unique offerings and influencers; a keen eye for compelling and innovative content; and a passion for continuous improvement. You'll need to possess an entrepreneurial nature to try new and different things with minimal direction, a drive for testing and learning as well as the ability to prioritize effectively and balance data-driven and instinct-driven decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, manage and execute social media vision to drive brand loyalty, social engagement and sales
  • Keep abreast of relevant trending content on a daily basis and report back to the team.
  • Brainstorm and execute innovative new social strategies, test new platforms, and expand social monetization opportunities.
  • Maintain deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis and ownership of data touchpoints.
  • Manages juniors on the team, as well as internal creative team to oversee campaign strategy, lead creative ideation, and deliver innovative, best-in-class campaigns to meet channel growth goals.
  • Develops and owns multiple team KPIs for social media strategy to drive results toward our business goals (short and long-term) that are reported to senior leadership.
  • Provides thought leadership and guidance for social media best practices such as content publishing guidelines, KPI benchmarks, and channel growth strategies across our organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in social marketing, including creative development
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience using platforms such as Asana, Dash Hudson, Google Analytics (other social publishing platforms)
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • Experience generating and executing large-scale social media campaigns across digital platforms with a track record of growing audiences and delivering on engagement metrics
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners/talent
  • Analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programsProven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior executives
  • Experience launching and/or directly managing social accounts
  • Track record of driving adoption of new ideas and pioneering new approaches within your team or comp

The Base Salary Range for this position is $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the Company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
