WIT Solutions seeks an experienced SAP ISU consultant, to assist our utility customers in reimagining their customer service and billing processes. This is a techno functional lead role, acting as an individual contributor, acting as the primary expert on customer deployment of SAP ISU solutions. This is a long-term, fully remote position.

Responsibilities include:

• Gain quick understanding of customers’ existing SAP ISU-related processes, including customer service, billing, and invoicing
• Gather and assess business and technical requirements for both enhancements and new functionality
• Develop vision for how the requirements are best implemented in SAP ISU, and gain buy-in from customer and project stakeholders
• Develop/deploy those requirements within SAP ISU as required
• Develop project documentation, with tremendous attention to detail and quality

Additional qualifications include:

• Minimum of 5 years in deploying SAP ISU solutions at one or more utility customers in the US
• Strong understanding of the ISU data model, master data, ISU tables, billing processes and integration with other SAP modules
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to attend regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings during normal business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (EST)
