We're looking for a Senior Business Recruiter for our Dallas office who will help us shape our team to drive the company to the next level. As a member of our global People team, you'll be part of a lean, fast-paced, and data-driven HR team. We're scaling rapidly and working closely with the business to ensure that we hire, develop and retain the people we need to remain at the front of modern mobility. This role supports the post-merger and transformative environment encompassing Flix and Greyhound.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You find the most promising candidates and help them to join our successful venture
• You oversee the entire end-to end recruitment process for our cross-functional business teams (non-IT/tech)
• You partner with the business teams and managers to provide the best possible candidate experience
• You leverage the bar of the service we provide, by setting up and fine tuning our recruitment processes
• You work on employer brand topics and raise the awareness for Flix as employer
• You turn your own recruiting-related ideas into reality by leading them as projects

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Degree, or similar, in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, or another related field
• 5+ years of experience in an in-house recruiting function, ideally in start-ups or in a hyper growth company
• Passionate about recruitment and finding the best talent out there
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive working-style and excitement to drive projects and make them happen
• Commitment, team-orientation and excellent stakeholder management skills
• In-depth know-how of sourcing and interviewing methods paired with LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency
• Must be a US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident with authorization to work in the US
