We are seeking a Program Manager, WW Programming to be a part of the Amazon Studios team. The PM will be a critical team member within the WW Programming department to drive audience engagement, set and track progress towards audience KPIs,and act as a bridge between Originals and Licensed SVOD programming and the overall Prime Video service. This role will gather business requirements, document functional and project progress, identify appropriate resources needed, assemble the right project team, assign individual responsibilities, and develop the milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of ongoing programs and ad hoc strategic projects. The role will rely heavily on influence over authority to drive project deliverables. Effective cross-functional collaboration within the WW Programming verticals and across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Content teams is crucial to the success of this role.Own the portfolio programming calendar for exec reviews
Facilitate the process of defining top content across PV offerings for each calendar week
Own the title and shoulder programming workstream to support titles, audiences, and events with the best of Prime Video content.
Identify curation strategies to maximize retention and engagement US customers and rolling up views of audience opportunities and needs
Work collaboratively with team leaders to develop and enhance team metrics and reporting
Ensure critical programs remain visible to internal partners
Anticipate and mitigate problems as they arise while ensuring updates on progress, relevant delays, and implications are communicated to stakeholders
Work cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Finance and Content teams to document and define initiatives and drive them through execution
