Position Details
The ecoATM product team is looking for an Sr Omnichannel Product Manager with a track record of driving double-digit growth through product initiatives and innovation. The Senior Product Manager needs to be able to use data to drive the key business levers that drive financial growth. The product manager will focus on ecommerce + mobile app to create features that convert customers from online to offline. They will also need to optimize SEO and customer funnel. The Senior Product Manager will own their roadmaps and business. Must have a customer first and mobile first mentality. The Senior Product Manager must be able to create business cases and understand financial impacts. The Senior Product Manager will be expected to launch and drive new features and products from concept through post launch analysis. This product manager will need to work with engineering, marketing, finance, UX and other key roles within the organization.

Responsibilities
Identify market opportunities using data to define a product strategy that drives growth- Own and manage web site and mobile app
- Work closely with marketing to support customer initiatives
- Track record of solving key customer pain points while driving financial values
- Own and maintain roadmap
- Define product success metrics and evaluate financial impact tradeoffs
- Serve as product owner on product development teams
- Collaborate with Engineering to define, design and adapt features balancing the business and customer needs with technical / operational constraints & plan release dates
- Partner with finance and business owners on creating business cases and validation of assumptions
- Perform A/B testing (Optimizely) (Learn and Optimize)
- Clearly communicate product release plans, benefits and results, to internal stakeholders including the executive committee
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering field, Computer Science, Business, or related field

7 years of product management experience with a focus on software products and technologies required

Experience developing and presenting business cases for executive leadership decisions required
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development environment, familiarity with tools including JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, InVision, Optimizely required
- Understanding of mobile industry (a plus)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Understanding of SEO nice to have
- Experience with CRM nice to have
- Shopify Experience a plus
- Salesforce marketing cloud understanding a plus
- Ability to analyze, interpret data

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
