We need a talented leader who can help define the strategy for which fashion we present to customers and how, using a combination of data and their own and/or the team's fashion expertise. They will own refining KPIs and tooling and process vision and prioritization, in partnership with our technical and analytical teams. Key job responsibilities * Lead and build the strategy for how we use data to inform our merchandising approaches * Be able to work iteratively on improving current KPIs, processes and tools while also setting a long term vision to scale merchandising * Partner with internal teams including BI, product, tech, category and inventory management * Identify opportunities for automation/ scale to improve processes and productivity, in order to support an organization that must scale at a rapid pace * Refine marketing KPIs and present results and learnings in weekly, monthly, and quarterly Business Review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives * Deliver strong topline results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
