Job Description


We’re searching for an imaginative and inspired Product Developer to work on-site at our Carson headquarters! Successful candidates will be creative professionals who have the ability to generate original children’s product ideas that combine interest and fun, and support child development. A day in the office looks like this:

  • Analyze market trends and performance data to inform development of future products
  • Generate and pitch new product ideas to peers and executive management
  • Develop and drive concept of new ideas from ideation to production
  • Improve existing products to better serve our customers
  • Work with domestic and overseas vendors regarding a variety of product manufacturing modalities
  • Provide clear direction and collaborate effectively with in-house designers, engineers and quality teams

Qualifications


Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Education, Early Childhood Development and/or Product Design
  • A keen aesthetic sense and eye for detail to ensure the delivery of outstanding product and play experiences
  • Ability to thrive in an atmosphere with multiple overlapping deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, a team mentality and outcome orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience working with children in an early childhood program and/or experience in product development geared toward kids play a plus

  • Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 with an annual bonus of up to 10%
