Senior Process Technician
Job description
- Provide Change Management leadership and support across D&I; including maintenance of change management standards and expectations.
- Work with the various D&I groups to consolidate and coordinate communications; manage and execute a communications plan that engages key stakeholders and generates excitement about ongoing D&I initiatives.
- Facilitate and support workshops and meetings to drive transformation efforts in D&I; collaborate with D&I leadership to define priority and desired outcomes.
- Analyze available information to provide recommendations and solutions to D&I groups.
- Drive standardization and ensure appropriate levels of governance are defined for D&I processes.
- Support projects focused on D&I strategic goals and objectives.
- Bachelor of Science (Business, Engineering, Finance)
- 5+ years relevant experience in business operations, change management or project management
- Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification preferred
- Project Management Experience Preferred
