Your impact

The Senior Manager, Offline Marketing will play a critical role in the development and execution of our offline marketing strategies across Direct Mail, Radio, and TV channels. This person will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our business by optimizing and managing our offline marketing initiatives. You'll be responsible for driving new customer growth and improving overall marketing efficiency by leveraging your expertise in offline channels and managing relationships with our external agencies.

You'll own

• End-to-end management and optimization of offline marketing channels, including Direct Mail, Radio, and TV
• Development and execution of a comprehensive testing strategy for ad creatives and messaging
• Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of campaign performance to inform data-driven marketing decisions
• Coordination and management of relationships with external agencies to ensure alignment with marketing objectives
• Analysis and reporting of key performance metrics for all offline marketing campaigns
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Partnerships, and Product, to support overall business growth

You bring

• 3+ years of professional experience in offline marketing, with a focus on Direct Mail, Radio, and TV channels
• Proven success in managing and optimizing high LTV, long sales cycle products
• Strong experience in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors
• Data-driven mindset and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Base salary range: $150,000-170,000
